Disputing a showcase or something in it?

If you have a real connection to the remembered person (an heir, a family member, someone acting for a meritorious family reason) and disagree with a specific piece of content or the whole showcase, you can ask for a review. We don't ask for documents. If you dispute the whole showcase, we make it private right away, for the duration of the review: it's never removed against the curator's will. We notify whoever curates the showcase right away, and they have 15 days to respond; we decide within 30 days of your request regardless (up to 2 more months in more complex cases).

We don't decide who is right between the parties: we carry out what you agree on, or what an authority orders (the data protection authority, a judge, or civil mediation). In the meantime, we only keep the more cautious measure in place.
