Memory book identifier

A random value created when you leave your first thought. For 24 hours it limits repeated submissions and shows you the status of your thought; it isn't saved in our records. If you choose "Remember this browser", it lasts a year and is saved along with your thoughts so you can find and withdraw them on any showcase. It doesn't track browsing, isn't shared with anyone, isn't linked to an account. You can delete it by clearing your browser's cookies.

We do not, today, use any traffic analytics service. If we use one in the future, it will be a cookie-free solution, and we will declare it here.
